Return Policy

Before sending your return, please ensure you've contacted us via email at support@alpine.health or by creating a support ticket through our website.

Our return policy spans 14 days from your purchase date. If this window has elapsed, we won't be able to provide a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition, complete with the original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in new condition. We require a receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number to process your return.

The following items are exempt from our return policy and unfortunately cannot be refunded:

  • Limited-edition items​
  • purchases made through retail locations​
  • All orders placed using a discount, rewards points, or during a promotion (i.e. Black Friday promo, BOGO deals, etc.)

Refunds (If Applicable)

Upon receiving and examining your return, we'll notify you via email that we've received your returned item. Subsequently, we'll inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, automatically crediting your account or refunding the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank, as there may be processing delays. If these steps don't resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to us at support@alpine.health.

International Returns

For international returns, you're responsible for return shipments and any customs-related duties or taxes. We'll only issue refunds if all products are returned to us in their original condition, in line with our return policies, even if your order is seized by customs.

Damage & Exchanges (If Applicable)

We exclusively replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please contact us for support.

Fraud & Chargebacks

We treat fraud and chargebacks with utmost seriousness, with potential repercussions including disabling your purchase privileges, legal action, and involving law enforcement, depending on the severity.

Shipping

The return address will be provided upon your return being accepted by support staff. Depending on the return reason, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
